Lawzuit is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

CONFORMANCE STATUS

Lawzuit aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Current Status: Partially conformant. This means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. We are actively working to address known gaps and improve accessibility across the platform.

ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES

We have implemented the following accessibility features:

  • ARIA labels and landmarks for screen reader navigation
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Resizable text without loss of functionality (up to 200%)
  • Alternative text for informational images
  • Form labels and error identification
  • Focus indicators for keyboard navigation
  • Consistent navigation and page structure

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Despite our best efforts, some accessibility gaps may exist. Known limitations include:

  • Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers
  • Third-party embedded content may not meet accessibility standards
  • Some complex form interactions may require additional assistive technology support
  • Certain dynamic content updates may not always announce properly to screen readers

We are actively working to remediate these issues and welcome feedback on accessibility barriers you encounter.

Lawzuit is designed to work with the following assistive technologies:

  • Voice recognition software (Dragon NaturallySpeaking)

  • Browser zoom and text resizing features

We test our platform using modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with the latest versions of common assistive technologies.

Accessibility of Lawzuit relies on the following technologies to work with your web browser and assistive technologies:

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used. JavaScript must be enabled for core functionality to work properly.
