Lawzuit is built to remove one painful operational task from pro per litigation. You decide what to serve and confirm eService is allowed. Lawzuit handles the upload, notice, email send, and proof-record workflow.

Upload the PDFs
Add the documents you want served and type the document titles. Lawzuit does not review, edit, approve, or give advice about the documents.

Enter recipients
Add the names and email addresses for the people who agreed to eService or are otherwise required to accept it.

Confirm eService basis
Confirm your consent, agreement, order, rule, or other basis for electronic service and keep that basis for your records.

Lawzuit sends the email
The system sends the service email to the listed recipients and copies the self-represented user who created the request.

Proof attachment is generated
Lawzuit generates a service attachment with case, document, recipient, timestamp, and disclaimer details for your filing workflow.
