Lawzuit complies with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM Act) of 2003. We adhere to the following requirements:

  • Accurate header information: Our "From," "To," and routing information is truthful and accurate
  • Non-deceptive subject lines: Subject lines accurately reflect the content of the message
  • Clear identification: Marketing emails are clearly identified as advertisements
  • Physical address: All emails include our valid physical postal address
  • Opt-out mechanism: Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link
  • Prompt honor of opt-outs: We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
  • Monitoring: We monitor what third parties do on our behalf

  • Immediately remove you from the marketing email list
  • Show a confirmation page
  • Stop future marketing emails within 10 business days

Note: You will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account and cases.

Alternative unsubscribe methods:

  • Update email preferences in your account settings
  • Reply to any marketing email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line
  • Email unsubscribe@lawzuit.com with your email address

FROM-LINE ACCURACY

All emails from Lawzuit will come from the following verified domains:

  • Primary: noreply@lawzuit.com
  • Support: support@lawzuit.com
  • Notifications: notifications@lawzuit.com
  • No-Reply: no-reply@lawzuit.com

Warning: Be cautious of emails claiming to be from Lawzuit that use different domains. These may be phishing attempts. If you receive a suspicious email, forward it to security@lawzuit.com.

EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER

We use SendGrid (a Twilio service) to send and manage email communications. By providing your email address, you consent to SendGrid processing your email data on our behalf.

SPAM PREVENTION

We take steps to ensure our emails reach your inbox and are not marked as spam:

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication
