Communications Policy

1. eService Emails

When you request electronic service, Lawzuit may send service emails to the recipients and electronic service addresses you provide. These emails may include case information, document titles, attachments or links, notice language, and proof-related metadata.

2. Standard Service Notice

Lawzuit service emails may include this notice or similar language:

Lawzuit, LLC is not a law firm and is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Lawzuit does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or representation, and no attorney-client relationship is created through any communication with Lawzuit. Communications with Lawzuit are not protected by the attorney-client privilege. Self-represented users are responsible for their own legal decisions and filings. This email and any attachments are intended solely for the named recipient and may contain confidential information. If you received this message in error, please notify the sender and delete it.

3. Transactional Emails

Transactional emails include account messages, password resets, eService confirmations, delivery or bounce notices, proof packet updates, and support responses. These are necessary to provide the service and generally cannot be opted out of while using Lawzuit.

4. Marketing Emails

Marketing emails are optional. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying with "unsubscribe," or emailing unsubscribe@lawzuit.com.

5. Sender Domains and Support

Lawzuit emails should come from lawzuit.com email addresses or service providers acting on Lawzuit's behalf. Suspicious messages may be forwarded to security@lawzuit.com.
