This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which Lawzuit may provide refunds for our document preparation services. By purchasing services from Lawzuit, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of service, work completed, and circumstances of the request. We strive to be fair and reasonable while protecting the value of work already performed.
Important:
Refunds apply only to Lawzuit's service fees. Court filing fees, service of process fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable as they are paid directly to external entities and cannot be recovered.
If you request a refund before we have filed documents with the court or sent demand letters to the opposing party:

The refund amount will be prorated based on the work completed and time invested.
Processing Time:
Refunds requested before filing will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval to your original payment method.

The prorated amount will reflect the percentage of work completed versus work remaining under your service agreement.

Once you have generated documents, downloaded templates, or accessed digital content, the product is considered used and is non-refundable. This is similar to purchasing a book—once you've read it, you cannot return it.
