No-Fee Service Policy
1. Current Service Is Free
Lawzuit currently provides eService coordination for eligible self-represented users at no cost. No credit card is required to create an account or submit a free eService request.
2. Refunds Are Not Needed For Free Requests
Because the current eService workflow is free, there are no Lawzuit service fees to refund for free account creation or free eService requests.
3. Third-Party Costs
Lawzuit does not pay court fees, filing fees, attorney fees, courier fees, or other third-party costs for users. Any third-party costs you choose to incur outside Lawzuit remain your responsibility.
4. Future Paid Products
If Lawzuit later offers paid products, any price, billing terms, and refund terms will be shown before payment is collected. This no-fee policy applies to the current free eService workflow.
5. Service Questions
If you believe there was an operational issue with a free eService request, email Lawzuit so we can review the request and, where appropriate, correct or resend the operational service packet. Lawzuit does not determine whether eService is legally sufficient.
